Contractor
We are looking for skilled carpenters to travel to each of our flips throughout Connecticut carrying out any tasks directed by our general contractor to complete. We are preferably looking for individuals who are multi-skilled. Please send your resume with your skill set and experience.
Job
Task would include but not be limited to
- Set up and break down of equipment.
- Clean work area to maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Framing to finish – Bathroom and kitchen remodels, doors and windows, drywall, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, siding, cement, landscaping, cleaning, moving etc.
What we have to offer
- Starting rate is 48-54k depending on experience.
- Mileage reimbursement after 30 miles to site and from property to property.
- Sign-on bonus – $3k to be split over a period of 9 months
- $1k – after 3 months of employment
- $1k – after 6 months of employment
- $1k – after 9 months of employment
The Perfect Teammate
- You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- All tools needed to complete jobs given.
- Have proactive problem-solving skills.
- Have the desire to learn and develop.
- The ability to work with a team or independently with minimal supervision.
- Should not be afraid of cameras, we film our flips.
